The Russo-Polish War of 1654–1667, also called the War for Ukraine, is the last major conflict between the Tsardom of Russia and the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth.
Known in Poland as part of the "Deluge", the war ends with significant Russian territorial gains and marks the beginning of the rise of Russia as a great power in Eastern Europe.
