The Battle of Lindanise is a battle that help King Valdemar II of Denmark establish the territory of Danish Estonia during the Northern Crusades, which are undertaken in response to calls from the Pope.
Valdemar II defeats the Estonians at Lindanise (Estonian: Lindanise, today Tallinn) on June 15, 1219.
