Antony's Parthian War
Years: 40BCE - 33BCE
Antony's Parthian War or the Roman-Parthian War of 40-33 BCE is a major conflict, which follows the Battle of Carrhae, between the Roman Republic, represented in the East by the triumvir Mark Antony, and the Parthians.
Although the campaign ends in disastrous defeat for Antony, the war is a strategic draw when peace is made by Augustus.
