Ze'ev Jabotinsky MBE (born Vladimir Yevgenyevich Zhabotinsky October 18, 1880 – August 4, 1940), is a Revisionist Zionist leader, author, poet, orator, soldier, and founder of the Jewish Self-Defense Organization in Odessa.
With Joseph Trumpeldor, he co-founds the Jewish Legion of the British army in the First World War and later establishes a number of Jewish organizations such as Betar, Hatzohar, and the Irgun.
