Yang Yi (died 235), style name Weigong, is a minister of Shu Han during the Three Kingdoms period of Chinese history.

Hailing from Xiangyang and originally a subject of Cao Wei, he later defects to Guan Yu, who sends him to Liu Bei.

Liu Bei likes Yang Yi very much after meeting him for the first time and keeps him by his side by naming him as the Left General Commanding Officer, and after becoming an emperor, makes Yang Yi the Imperial Secretariat, with the responsibilityof drafting imperial edicts and receiving instructions from the highest levels of the government; on occasion they may serve to investigate cases of impeachment or accusations.

The Prefect Imperial Secretariat earns a salary of one thousand shi.
