Yang Xuangan (died 613) is an official of the Chinese dynasty Sui Dynasty.

He is the son of the powerful official Yang Su, and, as he knows that Emperor Yang is apprehensive of his father, is never quite secure.

In 613, when Emperor Yang is attacking Goguryeo, he rebels near the eastern capital Luoyang, but is soon defeated.

He orders his brother Yang Jishan to kill him, as to not fall into Emperor Yang's hands.
