William V, Prince of Orange-Nassau (Willem Batavus; March 8, 1748 – April 9, 1806) is the last Stadtholder of the Dutch Republic, and between 1795 and 1806 he leads the Government of the Dutch Republic in Exile in London.
He is succeeded by his son William I.
