Rudolf III of Burgundy (called Rudolf der Faule in German, and Rodolphe le Fainéant in French, in both languages meaning "sluggard" or le Pieux "the Pious" in French) (971 – September 6, 1032) is the last king of an independent Kingdom of Arles, also called the Second Kingdom of Burgundy.

He is the son of King Conrad of Burgundy and Queen Matilda of France.

He is the last male member of the Burgundian group of the Elder Welfs family.
