280 BCE – 203 BCE) is a Roman politician and general, born in Rome around 280 BCE and dies in Rome in 203 BCE.

He is Roman Consul five times (233 BCE, 228 BCE, 215 BCE, 214 BCE and 209 BCE) and was twice Dictator in 221 and again in 217 BCE.
