Pope Theodore I (died 14 May 649) is the head of the Catholic Church from 24 November 642 to his death in 649.
Although considered a Greek, he was born in Jerusalem.
He is made a cardinal deacon (possibly around 640) and a full cardinal by Pope John IV.
