Piruz Khosrow, also known as Piruzan or Firuzan, is a powerful Sassanian nobleman who is the leader of the Persian faction that controls much of the affairs of the Sasanian Empire during the civil war of 628-632.
He is killed at the Battle of Nahāvand in 642.
