Murong Fuyun (597–635), formal title Busabo Khan, is a ruler of the Xianbei/Qiang/Tibetan state Tuyuhun.

He first becomes ruler when his brother Murong Shifu is assassinated in 597, and becomes one of the longest-ruling monarchs in Tuyuhun history.

During his reign, he has major conflicts with China's Sui Dynasty and Tang Dynasty, and in 635, during a Tang invasion, he is assassinated due to the people's resentment of his hostile attitude toward Emperor Taizong of Tang that had led to the invasion.
