Ma Teng (dies 211) is a warlord during the late Han Dynasty period of Chinese history.

He controlls Liang Province (covering parts of present-day Shaanxi and Gansu) together with his sworn brother Han Sui.

Ma Teng and Han Sui are involved in efforts to gain autonomy from the Han central government.
