Lu Zhi (died 192), style name Zigan, is a politician, general and scholar of the late Han Dynasty period of Chinese history.

Lu Zhi becomes famous for being the teacher of Liu Bei and Gongsun Zan, and produces successful results in leading an army against the Yellow Turban rebels.

Lu Zhi later becomes a Minister of Letters and warns against Dong Zhuo's sudden displacement of Emperor Shao.

Lu Zhi also has a son, Lu Yu, who later becomes Consultant Foreman Clerk in the Department of Legal Administration in the state of Cao Wei during the Three Kingdoms period.
