Johannes (Josef) Pfefferkorn (1469–1523) is a German Catholic theologian and writer who converts from Judaism.

Pfefferkorn actively preaches against the Jews and attempts to destroy copies of the Talmud, and engages in a long running pamphleteering battle with Johann Reuchlin.
