Girolamo Riario (1443 – April 14, 1488) is Lord of Imola (from 1473) and Forlì (from 1480).
He serves as Captain General of the Church under his uncle Pope Sixtus IV.
Having taken part in the 1478 Pazzi Conspiracy against the Medici, ten years later he is assassinated by members of the Forlesian Orsi family.
