Gao Rou (174 - 263), style name Wenhui, is a minister of Cao Wei during the Three Kingdoms period of Chinese history.

He is a younger cousin of Gao Gan.

Gao Rou is known as the Minister of Interior.

When Sima Yi rises in revolt, he becomes Grand General in place of Cao Shuang, then occupies his camp.
