Cardinal Frederick Jagiellon (April 27, 1468, in Kraków – March 14, 1503) is a Polish prince, Archbishop of Gniezno, Bishop of Kraków, and Primate of Poland.
He is the sixth son and ninth child of Casimir IV Jagiellon, King of Poland and Grand Duke of Lithuania, and his wife Elizabeth of Austria.
Frederick rules two dioceses with devotion.
He cares about the cult of saints and the appropriate education of the clergy, takes care of the liturgical life, and carries out diocesan and provincial synods.
He also takes an interest in the liturgy and the foundation and restoration of churches, including the restoration of the Kraków and Gniezno Cathedrals.
