Emperor Xiaozhao of Northern Qi (535–561), personal name Gao Yan, courtesy name Yan'an , is an emperor of the Chinese dynasty Northern Qi.

He is generally considered a capable ruler, but rules for less than two years before dying from injuries suffered from falling off a horse.

Northern Qi will not have another capable ruler after his death.
