Diego Delgadillo (b. Granada, Spain, d. 1533, Granada) was a judge of the first Audiencia of New Spain, which governs the colony from December 9, 1528 to January 9, 1531.

Delgadillo is a native of Granada.

He graduates as a lawyer from the University of Alcalá.
