Dharama Pala (rule: 770–810 CE) is the second ruler of the Pala Empire of Bengal region in the Indian Subcontinent.
He is the son and successor of Gopala (rule: 750–770 CE), the founder of the Pala Dynasty.
He greatly expands the boundaries of the Pala Empire founded by his father and makes the Palas the most dominant power in the northern and eastern Indian subcontinent.
He is succeeded by his son Devapala who further expands the empire.
