Bu Zhi (died 247) is an official of Eastern Wu during the Three Kingdoms period of Chinese history.
He is a scholar from the Wu region and serves as an advisor to the warlord Sun Quan during the late Han Dynasty before the founding of Eastern Wu.
He holds several military posts from time to time, and is noted in his successful subjugation of the lords and barbarians in the south.
After he becomes famous and influential within the regime, he starts to actively engage himself in the central government's politics, and is one of those held responsible for for leading to the destructive result of the crown prince issue in Eastern Wu's history.
As a consequence, he is relocated to Xiling; during his tenure there, he establishes his clan as a unrivaled local power.
Heis later called back to Jianye to be the chancellor, but soon dies soon in his post.
