The Cibyrrhaeot Theme, more properly the Theme of the Cibyrrhaeots, is an East Roman (Byzantine) theme encompassing the southern coast of Asia Minor from the early eighth to the late twelfth centuries.

As the Empire's first and most important naval theme , it serves chiefly to provide ships and troops for the imperial navy.
