The Banū Khuza’ah is the name of an Azdite, Qaḥṭānite tribe (some say Muḑarite ‘Adnānite), which is one of the main ancestral tribes of the Arabian Peninsula.

They rule Mecca for a long period, and most of the tribe now live in and around that city, but are also present in lesser numbers in other countries, such as Palestine, Iraq and Jordan.
