Artuqid dynasty of Hasankeyf
Years: 1102 - 1231
The Artquids or Artuqid dynasty is a Turkmen dynasty that rules in Eastern Anatolia, Northern Syria and Northern Iraq in the eleventh and twelfth centuries.
Two main branches of the dynasty rule from Hasankeyf (Hısn-ı Keyf, Hısnkeyfa) between 1102–1231 and Mardin between 1106–1186 (and until 1409 as vassals).
There is also a third branch that acquires Harput in 1112 and is independent between 1185–1233.
