Coffee is longer banned in Sweden as of 1822.

The ban has been renewed multiple times since the government once again tried to impose a ban on coffee in 1794, but it has never been successful in stamping out coffee-drinking.

With the ban lifted, coffee will become a dominant beverage in Sweden, which is today one of the countries with the highest coffee consumption per capita.
